UNL crop protection clinics available on-line
Published Friday, June 19, 2009 at 11:17 AM
Anyone with access to the Internet can view presentations by University of Nebraska-Lincoln specialists about weed control, fertility, irrigation and other topics covered at 2009 UN-L crop production clinics. The presentations have been posted at http://cpc.unl.edu/2009mm.cfm . By clicking the title of a presentation and then the play button, a visitor to the site can see the slides and at the same time hear the narrator’s voice. The web site includes most presentations from crop production clinics conducted last winter at Gering, Fremont, North Platte, York, and Hastings. Most, though not all, of the presentations at the events were recorded. The presentations cover a wide range of topics, including weed science, entomology, plant pathology, pesticide safety, soil fertility, irrigation and crop production.
