Published Tuesday, January 06, 2009 at 04:57 PM

The program's goal is to enhance critical thinking and leadership skills in individuals who show promise as leaders in their rural communities. Joing me is Jack Paetow to talk about whole experience.
After going through it training, listening to several speakers and participating in breakout sessions, Paetow says this will change his how he runs his operation.
The young producer program is organized by CHS, a leading energy and grains-based foods company owned by cooperatives. This was the first CHS annual meeting for the Paetows.
CHS is a energy and grains-based foods company owned by cooperatives and farmers and ranchers from the Great Lakes to the Pacific Northwest and from the Canadian border to Texas are optimistic about the future.
The Paetow's grows corn and hay, a cow-calf operation and a feedlot near Morrill.
