Scotts Bluff County 4-H Achievement Night Honors

Scotts Bluff County 4-H Achievement Night Masquerade Ball was held at the Mitchell Event Center on Sunday to recognize top 4-Hers, 4-H Leaders and volunteers. Dallas and Anna Todd were honored with the Volunteer of the Year award for their dedication to the 4-H shooting sports program. The Friend of 4-H award was given to Leslie Smith of KNEB. The 4-H Leader of the Year is Joan Coker for her 39 years of service to the 4-H program. The I Dare You Awards was given out to outstanding 4-Hers Jay Grote, Camron Cardwell and Kristen Grauberger. The 2009 Outstanding 4-H Member is Dana Anderson.

The election for the 2009-2010 4-H Council officers also took place. The new officer team consists of President Joan Coker, Vice President Dallas Todd, Treasurer Donna Garl, Secretary Cindy Schmidt and Youth Representatives Olivia Garl and Ashlynn Hanen.
