Bluffs native returns to be CAPWN Youth Services Director

Community Action Partnership of Western Nebraska has hired a Scottsbluff native who has come back to the community to be the agency's new Youth Programs Director.

Ryan Larson spent ten years away from Scottsbluff as a Unit director of a Boys and Girls Club, a clinical coordinator at a youth services center and a home-based therapist for a Child Guidance Center. He says he can now use those skills to help the youth programs at CAPWN.

Larson will coordinate activities at the expanded youth shelter, manage the transitional living programs and oversee assistance for homeless youth in the elevn county panhandle area.

CAPWN director Jan Fitts says Larson's experience will be a perfect fit for the responsbilities he has as Youth Services Director.
