Scotts Bluff County District Judge Leo Doborolny today (Thursday) ordered a 90 day evaluation at the Lincoln Correction Center prior to sentencing for a 54-year-old Scottsbluff man convicted of third degree sexual assault.
Daniel Castillo was convicted by a jury of sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl at his home April 13th even though he told Police it was an accident.
