CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) _ A nonpartisan provider of political data says 20.5 percent of the voters registered in Wyoming are either dead or have moved out of their districts.

Officials with Aristotle International say Wyoming had 7,723 dead people registered to vote through October and another 45,547 who have moved from the district where they are registered to vote.

Wyoming elections director Peggy Nighswonger says she plans to research the findings.

Aristotle International comes up with its numbers by comparing government lists of people who have moved or died to the voter registration lists obtained from state or county elections agencies.
