A 48 year old Scottsbluff man is facing a felony charge of first degree false imprisonment plus third degree domestic assault and negligent child abuse after a dispute Saturday evening.

Scottsbluff Police say the female victim said the two had been drinking when Timothy Fuentes began attacking her.... slapping, punching, and kicking her in the stomach. Police say the woman told them at one time Fuentes dragged her by the hair down the steps. She told authorities she was able to lock herself in the bathroom until her mother arrived to take her from the residence.
