Also seized were an Express Mail package containing suspected marijuana, 8 MoneyGram receipts, packaging materialss, cell phones, a small safe, and a late-model SUV.
The 20-year old Threatts is charged with delivery of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a playground, delivery of marijuana within 1,000 feet of college property, and possesion with intent to deliver marijuana within 1,000 feet of college property. All are felonies.
