Alliance boy in fair condition after being struck by pickup

Alliance police dept. Lt. Ken Hart says witnesses report Anthony Hare ran out in the street from between vehicles parked on the north side of the street. Hare was not using the marked crosswalk at the time of the accident. The driver was not cited for any violation.
Hare was transported to Box Butte General Hospital by ambulance and then flown to Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff via helicopter.
