21-year old Jordan Adams of Butte entered the pleas to robbery and using a firearm during a crime of violence Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Billings. He's to be sentenced March 12.
Adams' pleas cover the robberies on Oct. 9 of last year where he was using a stolen 9mm semiautomatic pistol.
Adams and the 2 of his companions charged in those robberies are also accused of robbing a convenience store in Sheridan, Wyoming, and the State Line Casino north of Chadron at the Nebraska-South Dakota state line.
The 3 and two others were chased to Chadron, where they eluded an early morning police roadblock but were then captured after Chadron Police Chief Tim lordino and Chadron State College President Dr Janie Park decided to lock-down the college and the community.
