More hail pelts the area Saturday

Severe thunderstorms again pelted the area with downpours of rain, wind and hail. Reports included one inch size hail 5 miles west of Scottsbluff and one and three quarter inch hail 3 miles west of Mitchell. Just east of Mitchell one and one quarter inch hail was reported with corn broken off and damage to beans. One and three quarter inch hail also reported 8 miles north of Scottbluff. Numerous other reports of hail from Douglas, Wyoming to Hemingford, to Potter, Nebraska
