NORFOLK, Neb. (AP) _ Standup comedian David Brenner will be delivering laughs in Norfolk. Brenner is the headliner Saturday for the Great American Comedy Festival that wraps up with Brenner's performance. The festival was created in honor of the late comedian Johnny Carson, the longtime star of NBC's ``The Tonight Show.'' He was succeeded as host by Jay Leno. Carson was born in Corning, Iowa, but spent much of his childhood in Norfolk. Brenner appeared on the ``The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson'' 158 times, the most of any guest, and also served as a guest host 70 times. Brenner is marking his 40th year in show business.
