Two men sentenced to prison for drug convictions
Published Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at 01:49 PM

Two men convicted of selling methamphetamine and products used in the manufacture of the drug to undercover agents have been sentenced to prison by Cheyenne County District Court Judge Derek Weimer.

Weimer sentenced 50 year old James Hradecky of Sidney to 36 to 50 months in prison for his conviction of being an accessory to a felony and 20 to 60 months for possession of ephedrine with intent to manufacture.

Wing investigators say once the sale was made by Hradecky to an undercover agent, a search warrant was served on his residence and a dismantled meth laboratory was seized along with the ephedrine from the controlled buy and other items used in the manufacture of meth.

26 year old Sean Conde of Sterling, Colorado was sentenced by Weimer to 18 to 36 months in prison for distribution of methamphetamine.

Wing officers made several controlled purchases of meth from Conde and then executed a search warrant on his vehicle, seizing five firearms plus methamphetamine.
