Terrytown man pleads to aggravated domestic assault

A 24 year old Terrytown resident accused of attacking his wife with a shovel April 17th entered a guilty plea Friday to aggravated assault.

Scottsbluff Police say Rodney Graves choked, punched and strangled his wife and hit her several times with the shovel during a dispute at their residence. Police say Marinda Graves had several bumps to the head, two bite marks on her arms and swelling on the rest of her body. She was treated and released from Regional West Medical Center.

Graves was sentenced August 19th.
