The 14 year old driver involved in a fatal rollover accident in Sheridan County Sunday night is listed in serious condition at Regional West Medical Center. Jaima Watson was hospitalized after the State Patrol says she lost control of the truck on a county road two and a half miles northwest of Gordon.

17 year old Trey Lamont of Gordon died in the accident after he was thrown from the vehicle. Lamont was not wearing seat belts and died at the scene. The accident occurred at 9:30 p.m.

The Sheridan County Attorney's office is not commenting on whether it was legal for the 14 year old to be driving. .
