OGALLALA, Neb. (AP) _ Eight video gambling machines have been seized from a western Nebraska Moose Lodge.
The Nebraska State Patrol says the machines were taken from the Ogallala Moose Lodge during a liquor inspection. Spokeswoman Deb Collins says troopers were following up on a complaint.
The bar owner, who hasn't been named, could face criminal charges.
Also, two suspected illegal devices were seized Tuesday from RC's Galley, a restaurant at Johnson Lake near Elwood. No citations were issued, but the owner of the restaurant was arrested in connection with the investigation.
In the past few weeks, troopers have seized video gambling machines from bars in McCook, Cambridge and Grand Island. ___
