Two people involved in a rollover accident on South Mitchell Road Monday evening were admitted to Regional West Medical Center. 17 year old Anthony Alsidez of Scottsbluff, the driver of the vehicle, is listed in serious condition while 16 year old Greg Segura of Gering, one of three passengers, is in fair condition. The two other passengers, 17 year old Adrian Plasencio and 14 year old Kelly Vanderveen, both from Gering, were treated and released.

Scotts Bluff County Sheriff's Chief Deputy Bill Hessler says the accident occurred south of the County Road H intersection south of Mitchell around 10 p.m.

Meanwhile, Scottsbluff Police listed three people as injured in a four vehicle crash on 20th Street and 5th Avenue shortly after six p.m. Monday evening. Victor De Los Santos, 18, of Scottsbluff and 18 year old Adam Peters and 61 year old John O'Bannon, Jr., both of Gering, were drivers of vehicles involved in the accident.

O'Bannon was removed from his Ford Pickup by the Scottsbluff Fire Department using its "Jaws of Life" extrication equipment. He was transferred to Regional West Medical Center for treatment, but he is not listed Tuesday in the hospital directory.
