A Scottsbluff man accused of exposing himself to juvenile girls three times during the last month has been arrested and charged with three counts of public indecency. 23 year old Ryan McGrail is accused of exposing himself to the girls on May 28th, June 11th and June 17th. Two of the incidents were in Gering and the other in Scottsbluff.

Scottsbluff and Gering Police say the incidents were very similar, with the girls reporting a car pulling up to them while they were walking and the driver asking for directions. As they responded the driver would then expose himself.

Police arrested McGrail, who has a lengthy criminal history in Florida, after tracing the vehicle to an employee who worked with the suspect and had let him borrow the car. The girls then identified McGrail in photo lineups. McGrail's sentencing date has not been set yet. He remains in jail on a $20,000 bond, ten percent cash.
