MILWAUKEE, Wis. (AP) _ Even though his latest album is still relatively new, Phil Vassar's already started on his next record. He says he writes all the time to keep ahead of the game. He says ``that way when it's time to do a record I have 20 or 30 songs to pick from.'' Vassar says he already has several songs cut for the next record. He says ``I really do feel good about it already.'' Vassar's album ``Prayer of a Common Man,'' was released in April. The latest single is ``I Would.''
