Pelini takes blame for big loss

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) _ Nebraska coach Bo Pelini says if fans want to point the finger of blame at someone for tonight's 52-17 loss to Missouri, they should point at him. Pelini said he's embarrassed by the way his team performed. He said he and his assistants did not prepare them well for the fourth-ranked Tigers. Pelini says he's not used to losing or getting beat soundly. He says he apologizes to the team, the state of Nebraska and anyone associated with Cornhusker football.
